Cooking for Children
LACKING INSPIRATION? FISH FINGERS THE DEFAULT? READ ON...
These classes were born from our weaning classes and toddler workshops. Many of our parents came to learn what to do and how to do it but still felt they lacked inspiration in the kitchen or the ability to cook for their children quickly and were looking to remove the stress and 'chore factor' and, at the same time make delicious and wholesome food. These classes are designed to give you some new ideas, some shortcuts and tools to be able to provide nutritious and interesting food for your little ones but at the same time not make you feel like you are chained to the stove.
TELL ME MORE...
Classes are demonstration led. You will be able to relax with a glass of wine and some nibbles or a light lunch (dependant on the time you choose) and watch me do the hard work. You will leave with a recipe booklet and some goodies to take home for your freezer or to try out on your little ones. These classes will be purely about cooking and not have any behaviour content, if fussy eating is more your concern then please check out the Toddlers at the Table course that we run with The Parent and Baby Coach.
